Refund, Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Jersy.India. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund, Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

At Jersy.India, we strive to deliver quality football jerseys and apparel at affordable prices.

Due to the nature of our products and frequent discounted pricing, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We operate a No Return and No Refund Policy for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Customer preference changes after ordering

  • Color expectations differing from device display

  • Personal dislike of the product

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details before placing an order.


2. No Returns Policy

Jersy.India does not accept returns of delivered products.

We do not offer returns for:

  • Size-related issues

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by customers

  • Discounted products

  • Promotional products

  • Clearance products

  • Limited-time sale products

All such purchases are considered final.


3. Replacement Policy

Replacements may be approved only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Situations

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong size shipped by Jersy.India

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect found in the product

Conditions for Approval

Customers must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • Shipping label

    • Opening process

    • Product received

  3. Provide supporting photographs if requested.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in claim rejection.

Replacement Resolution

Where a claim is approved:

  • Jersy.India will arrange a replacement product.

  • Shipping charges for approved replacements will be borne by Jersy.India.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at Jersy.India's sole discretion.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect:

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

  • Evidence must include the required unboxing video and photographs.

Jersy.India reserves the right to inspect submitted evidence before approving any claim.


5. Refund Policy

Jersy.India generally operates a No Refund Policy.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Eligible Refund Situations

  • Courier partner confirms shipment is permanently lost in transit.

  • Approved replacement cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

  • Order cancellation approved before shipment.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

  • Refused deliveries

  • Incorrect shipping details entered by customers

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Any claim submitted without required evidence

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing may take between 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Sale, Discounted and Promotional Products

All products purchased under:

  • Sales

  • Discount campaigns

  • Promotional offers

  • Clearance sales

  • Special events

  • Coupon-based offers

are considered Final Sale.

Such products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly through:

If approved before dispatch, the order amount will be refunded.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


8. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Jersy.India shall not be obligated to provide a refund.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • No replacement will be provided.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


10. Lost Shipments

If a courier partner officially confirms that an order has been permanently lost during transit:

  • A refund may be issued after verification.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on courier investigations.

Jersy.India reserves the right to complete investigations before approving any refund.


11. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse

To protect against fraudulent claims, Jersy.India reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims lacking sufficient evidence.

  • Reject edited or incomplete unboxing videos.

  • Reject suspicious or abusive refund requests.

  • Refuse future service to customers found abusing the policy.

  • Take appropriate action against chargeback fraud and payment disputes.

False claims may result in permanent account restrictions.


12. Limitation of Liability

Jersy.India shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential damages

  • Courier delays

  • Customs issues (if applicable in future)

  • Customer sizing mistakes

  • Customer misuse of products

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
